Tattling?
Is anyone else sick to death of their kids tattling on each other? Even if I say no tattling 10 times as they are tattling, they still tattle. I can also ignore them to no avail. Last night, I learned that Bradyn has learned to tattle. My brother and his family were over for Sunday Barbeque The adults were playing games, while the kids ransacked the house and yard. Bradyn and his cousin Haden, who is 8 months older, climbed up to the table to watch the game. Bradyn knows he is not to touch the pen or the score sheet. Haden grabs the pen and starts to write on the score sheet. Bradyn starts yelling momma, momma, momma and pointing at Haden. Seriously! I just thought, you gotta be kidding. He can't even talk well enough to be understood without translation, but he can tattle. If anyone has any ideas on how to stop this nasty habit of children. I am listening!

I just say Go Bradyn!
Cause he's so cute when he does it.
I hear you with the older kids though.
BTW That was lot's of fun and thanks again for a great barbeque. :)
That is hard and something I will face too one day...I guess I will have to lean on my Mommy friends to help me too! hehe love ya! :)
Poor Bradyn, but his nose looks great! Ant bites are the pits! Izzy can tell ya about that for sure. Good luck with the tattling, I'm sure I'll experience that once I have 3 children, yikes!
My mom teaches 1st graders and she has always used a "tattle turtle" hung on the wall. If the kids come to tattle, she says, "dont' tell me, tell the tattle turtle." Eventually they get sick of talking to a picture on a wall.
