Wyatt's Fun Week!
Wyatt is our star of the week. Thursday was his first pack meeting and he was presented with his bobcat award. It has been so fun starting the scouting program. I had no idea it focused so much on God. He has been so conscientious of helping others. He will come up to me and say mom, I just helped this person just like scouting tells me too. He is such a sweet kid.
On a funny note, he reads the scriptures to us every night for his reading minutes for school. Tonight was the first night he has read dumb ass from the scriptures. It was just too hilarious. He said it kind of slow and timid and then looked at us and asked if that's what it really said. We tried not to laugh and explain the official meaning of the word dumb and ass. He says: "so these people were like dumb asses." Holy giggles and we couldn't stop laughing. So much for a spiritual moment!
Last of all the throwing of the first pitch at the roadrunners game. It was so fun. He went down with all the other kids from the Washington County Elementary schools. There were definitely some wild pitches! This was our first Roadrunners game and it definitely won't be our last. I forgot how much I love a live baseball game. Kasi too, she admitted she only came to see the sexy butts in uniform! The kids were entertained, the fireworks were awesome. I know where we will be next summer.

What a great time you guys must have had. Tell Wyatt I'm so happy he got that opportunity - lucky kid!
kids say the funniest things. I don't know how you could not laugh. One time we were reading and jared had said hell, and Kayli could not believe that daddy had swore so we had to explain to Kayli when it is and when it's not a swear word to funny.
All I can say is to bad their uniforms weren't tighter. :)
We had a lot of fun.
I have only been to one Roadrunner's game and for being a small town baseball league, I thought it was dang fun. I am glad Wyatt got the chance to experience that. He is one lucky kid.
That is hilarious about the ass scriptures...haha how can it be spiritual, its too funny haha - Wyatt is too cool! I am so happy he likes scouts - we had our pack meeting last night and made a delicious dutch oven hobo dinner...yum! I bet he will never forget that he got to throw the first pitch at the game!! That is awesome! I love live baseball too and I wish Sean did cuz we could go check out the bees! Great post!
